1. Intellectual Property & Blueprint Ownership
Architectural designs, CAD files, 3D BIM models, and structural calculation documents created by verified architects on DanArchi remain the intellectual property of the commissioned design firm until final milestone completion and fee settlement, after which full usage rights transfer to the property owner as specified in the project contract.
2. Milestone Escrow Terms & Payment Disbursal
All funds deposited for construction phases are held in milestone escrow accounts. Funds are released to contractors or material vendors only upon:
- Supervised site supervisor inspection and photo proof log upload
- Written sign-off by the property owner or designated project manager
- Zero structural defect verification during the inspection window
3. Verified Review Moderation & Rating Integrity
To maintain complete trust, reviews and ratings on DanArchi can only be posted by clients with confirmed completed milestone contracts. Unverified reviews, competitor spam, or paid promotion are strictly prohibited and filtered automatically.
4. Data Portability & Account Deletion
Users have the right to request a complete export of their account records, past invoice BOQs, CAD drawings, and communication transcripts at any time. Account deletion requests will be fulfilled within 30 business days, subject to mandatory legal and financial audit retention laws.
